Most products fail because they never reach real users. I prioritize getting to production fast — clean architecture, then measured iteration based on what people actually do.
Architecture is a feature.
Scalable doesn't mean over-engineered. I design backends that hold up under real traffic without making the next engineer dread opening the repo.
AI where it earns its place.
